when i opened a website at a cafe its showed me 'muhahaha this site is blocked now move off' , i knw its a trick but i just want to knw how to do this does ne one have ne knowlege?

it can be done with certain software like SafeEyes, NetNanny, etc, and it can also be done with certain hardware firewalls. Was it every site or just one particular site? There are also ways to hack IE registry settings which may have a similar affect (depends on what you actually saw)
